The County of Frontenac and City of Kingston have many festivals and events throughout the year attracting residents and tourists to our area.
If you are organizing a special event that requires medical coverage, please complete the Special Events Request form. If you have specific questions about event medical coverage please contact Special Events Bookings.

Fees for service:
Fees for services will apply and vary depending on resources required to provide medical coverage.
Attendance of one ambulance and two paramedics at special events: $800 for four hours coverage (minimum charge).
Additional charges:
$220 for each hour or portion thereof.
You can find all fees under schedule E in our current user fee by-law.
The deposit amount is due prior to the event and any adjustment/refund will be resolved after the special event.
