Frontenac is a region of nearly 4,000 square kilometers surrounding the City of Kingston in the south. It includes the townships of North Frontenac, Central Frontenac, South Frontenac , and Frontenac Islands.

Getting here

The southern part of Frontenac is close to Highway 401 and is about 250 km east of Toronto. Frontenac’s north is accessible by Highway 38 from Kingston or Highway 7 from Ottawa or Peterborough. Frontenac County is also accessible via Highway 41 from the Trans-Canada Highway at Pembroke.
