– Purchase annual passes via Honk. 

– Island Residents Only – Annual Pass (Jan 1 – Dec 31): Please submit your receipt along with proof of residency and a completed application form (linked at the top of this page). Detailed payment instructions and instructions about receiving your sticker are included on the form. 

*A second pass for $100 will only be available if the second vehicle involved is registered to:

• The same individual who purchased the first full-price annual pass
• An individual who is married to or is in a common-law relationship with the full-price annual pass purchaser
• The dependent child under the age of 18 of a full-price annual pass purchaser or the full-price pass purchaser’s married or common-law spouse
• The dependent child over the age of 18 of a full-price annual pass purchaser or the full-price pass purchaser’s married or common-law spouse, only if the dependent child has both the same permanent address as the full-price annual pass purchaser and is attending school full-time.
