The purpose of the Fairmount Home Emergency Response Plan (ERP) is to make provisions for the measures that may have to be taken to protect the health, safety, and welfare of Fairmount Home’s residents, staff, and volunteers. If an emergency occurs at its facility, Fairmount Home must follow the processes and procedures outlined the ERP. This ERP was developed in compliance with Ontario Regulation (O. Reg.) 246/22, which was made under the Fixing Long-term Care Act, 2021, March 31, 2022.
