Frontenac Paramedic Services provides emergency medical service to over 150,000 citizens in Frontenac County and the City of Kingston.
Primary and Advanced Care Paramedics
Our Primary and Advanced Care Paramedics work out of seven stations. They respond to approximately 20,000 calls a year in our urban and rural areas.
Our goal
Our goal is to maintain or enhance quality patient care while exploring new and innovative ways to meet and exceed legislative standards. Learn about our plan for meeting the growing demands for service over the next decade.
Our history
In the years following World War II, emergency transportation to medical facilities for the citizens of the Frontenac County area was sporadic, if available at all. Communities relied on the funeral directors to provide this service.
