KINGSTON, ONT./March 20, 2018 – To understand the extent of and challenges associated with rural homelessness, the City of Kingston, in partnership with local social service providers, will be surveying people in the rural area who are currently homeless or experiencing housing vulnerability from April 9 to 13 and April 16 to 20.
