Gotcha! is a recognition program celebrating staff who go above and beyond in demonstrating one or more of our six core competencies.

 Who can nominate who?
Staff, managers, directors, Council members, patients, residents and families will all be able to recognize and nominate any County of Frontenac staff member (or group of staff) for demonstrating behaviours that are above and beyond, related to one or more of the core competencies.
 Where are the nomination forms?
Nomination forms are available on the County website, our County Crossroads intranet and from human resources.
Quarterly, an email from the CAO and copying the employee’s manager, will be sent to each nominee (or group) letting them know that they were nominated and thanking them for their commitment to ‘living’ the core competencies.
 How does Gotcha! work?
Once per quarter, a draw will take place and one winner (or nominated team) will be drawn for each of the six core competencies (six winners per quarter). Prize value equivalent to $25.
Annually, a draw will be made from all of the nominations d uring the year and there will be one winner of the grand prize. Prize value equivalent to $500!!
Ballot forms must be received by the last day of the quarter to be included in the draw for that quarter. Winners will be announced quarterly.
