That’s why, we are excited to announce our Employee Referral Bonus Program - Launch Your Career #inFrontenac! effective immediately. How it works Refer qualified candidates and as a “thank you,” we will offer you a bonus paid-out based when your referral meets set milestones. When completing your registration in your Recruiting Self Serve account there is the ability to indicate the name of an employee who has referred you to the County of Frontenac. This is located at the bottom of the “Details” section in your Recruiting Self Serve account. Milestones For a new permanent full time employee referral: 1- If your referral is hired and commences employment, you will receive $75. 2- Upon the referral’s successful completion of the probationary period (sixty (60) worked shifts from the date of hire), you will receive an additional $125.

External applicants
If you are applying as an external applicant, you must upload your up-to-date resume and cover letter into your StarGarden user account.
How to apply:

- Upload your cover letter and resume and select submit
- Your cover letter and resume must clearly outline how you meet the requirements of the position
