Billing and Payments

Our accommodation fees are set by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.


  • Invoices are prepared at the beginning of each month for the previous month's charges
  • Invoices are mailed to you or your substitute decision maker


Pay invoices by:

  • Cheque
  • Cash
  • Automatic withdrawal

You can pay at:

  • Reception during office hours
  • By mail
  • Dropped into mail slot at reception desk
