Fairmount Home is an accredited long-term care home. CARF Canada awarded us with a three-year award after an assessment in 2019 and again in 2023. Accreditation gives us an independent, third-party assessment using standards based on best practices.

Achieving this accreditation demonstrates Fairmount Home's commitment to exceptional, personalized care. To achieve this highest level of CARF accreditation we have undergone a detailed peer review process and demonstrated to a team of surveyors, during an on-site visit, our commitment to providing programs and services of the highest quality.
