Community Improvement Plans

Community Improvement Plans (CIP) can help communities address challenges that prevent optimization in certain areas. Through CIPs, municipalities can provide financial support to property owners for improvements that fit the criteria of the plan. Municipalities can also acquire, rehabilitate, and dispose of land and improve infrastructure and public spaces. CIPs are proven to encourage change, improve community development, and foster economic growth.
