Staff at the City of Kingston, who manage childcare programs in both the County of Frontenac and Kingston, are gathering feedback from Kingston and Frontenac families about their experiences with Child Care and Early Years Programs in the area.
This annual survey aims to assess various aspects of programs, including child engagement, program quality, communication, affordability, inclusivity and overall satisfaction. Feedback will be used to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and to guide future planning and enhancements.
This survey is open to past, current and future participants of:
- Child Care Centre-Based programs
- Home Child Care programs
- Before and After School programs
- EarlyON programs

- Complete one survey per program that your child(ren) attend(s). If they no longer participate in the above programs or have not yet started attending, we still want to know about your experience.
