County of Frontenac receives grant from Frank Cowan Company Home Town Program

County of Frontenac receives $5,500 from the Frank Cowan Company Home Town Program and Holway & Hutchinson Insurance Brokers for ongoing trail improvements

Glenburnie, ON – The Frank Cowan Company Home Town Program and Holway & Hutchinson Insurance Brokers support the County of Frontenac and the K&P Trail infrastructure development with a $5,500 donation.

These funds will be used to assist with the construction of a shelter and an accompanying picnic table that trail visitors can use for leisure and to enhance their outdoor experience.
Over the past 10 years, the County of Frontenac has been developing and maintaining 55 kilometres of the K&P Trail, a stretch of converted railway from Orser Road north of the City of Kingston to Sharbot Lake.
