Notice of Public Meeting for the Solicitation of Public Input for the 2021 Budget
The Council of the County of Frontenac will be holding a public meeting as part of their regular Council meeting on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. The purpose of this public meeting is to permit citizens, business operators, and other Frontenac stakeholders to make representation on the 2021 budget and to attend Council in virtual electronic format.
Citizen input and customer satisfaction play key roles in the County’s budget process. Citizen input on matters including but not limited to strategic planning, business planning, budget development, and service-level changes is welcome throughout the budget process. Consultation will also include input from member municipalities.
Please provide relevant materials – written comments, presentations, or reports – to the County Clerk by September 10, 2020 for inclusion in the agenda if you wish to make a submission for this public meeting. Email your submissions to jamini@frontenaccounty.ca.
Virtual Electronic Format: Citizens, business operators, and other Frontenac stakeholders are invited to attend Council through electronic participation. You will receive a confirmation email after successful registration. Registration will close at the start of the meeting.
If you prefer to call into the meeting by phone, please contact the Clerk’s Office at 613-548-9400 ext. 302 for call-in information. Registration to call into the meeting will close the day prior to the meeting.
All members of the public who register for the meeting will have an opportunity to speak. Please view the Public Participant Guide for more information about connecting and speaking at the meeting.

Notice of collection: Personal information collected as a result of this public meeting is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA), the Planning Act, and all other relevant legislation, and will be used to assist in making a decision on this matter. All personal information (as defined by MFIPPA), including (but not limited to) names, addresses, opinions and comments collected will be made available for public disclosure to members of the public, at the meeting, through requests, and through the website of the Corporation of the County of Frontenac.
