May 19 is Personal Support Worker Day

Today is Personal Support Worker Day when we honour and celebrate the contributions of PSWs everywhere, especially those working here at Fairmount Home. PSWs help our residents in so many and varied ways including helping with personal hygiene, emotional and social connection, meals and snacks, and preserving as much personal agency and autonomy for residents as possible.
 
To all PSWs everywhere especially here at Fairmount: Your work and contributions are more appreciated than you know. Thank you.
