The decision of Frontenac County Council to lift loading restriction for vehicles supporting farm operations on the Howe Island County Ferry was taken following legal advice, received in a closed council session on November 16 pertaining to The Farm and Food Protection Act, 1998, SO 1998, c 1 [the “Act”].
