Funds will be used to purchase new wheelchair ramp weigh scale
Glenburnie, ON – Fairmount Home will be purchasing a wheelchair ramp weigh scale thanks to a generous donation of $3,687 by the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 560 in Kingston.
The new weigh scale is portable and can be used with wheelchairs, straight-legged chairs or as a stand-on scale, which is important for residents who may require mobility aids to be correctly weighed.

Please be advised that Fairmount Home will be conducting minor renovations in its main lobby beginning March 20th and concluding on or around April 7th. During this time we will be removing the current reception desk, installing new flooring and replacing the receptionist work station with a new one. Reception services will still be available in the lobby via a temporary, mobile work station. Lobby access will be limited on April 3, 4 & 5th due to the flooring installation.... Read More...

This family oriented event brings together community members who have experienced loss, have had a life-altering diagnosis, or have reached a mile-stone.

Residents of Frontenac County’s accredited long term care home to take part in arts program  
Glenburnie, ON – Fairmount Home will offer residents a unique way to celebrate Canada’s 150 th anniversary next year thanks to a grant from the Community Foundation for Kingston and Area (CFKA). The grant was one of 24 announced by the CFKA last month.
