At Fairmount Home, we know how important it is to keep in close contact with family and friends. We are pleased to provide you with e-mail service to our residents. Please fill out the following form to send your loved one a message. Your message will be printed and hand-delivered to your loved one. Treat your e-mail as if it were a postcard; do not include anything in the text message that you would not write on a postcard. We will not share the information that you provide with any third party, and we will not send you unsolicited email.
