Fundraising Activities

General donations to the Home are greatly appreciated and income tax receipts will be provided to the donor. Your donation provides items for our residents that we could not provide through our regular funding sources.

Results of past donations include the redecoration of the family room, the expansion of our community gardens, the purchase of furniture and a television for our Veterans’ area, and the purchase of mattresses and blanket warmers, to name a few.
Donations can be designated by the donor for a specific purpose or can be allocated to the general donation fund. Funds from the general donation fund are used to enhance the quality of life of our residents.

Memorial Bricks

For a donation of $250, a memorial brick will be inscribed in the name of your choice and placed in the courtyard. This is a wonderful way to remember your loved one.

Name a Room

Opportunities for naming a room in the Home are available. Past donors include the Kingston-Frontenac Rotary, Donald H. Hillman, The Davies Foundation, Shoppers Drug Mart and others. If you wish to investigate this opportunity please see the Administrator
